Three New NextGen UBE Study Aids Published

Three new NextGen UBE study aids are now available to purchase in the NCBE Study Aids Store:

• Multiple-Choice Question Bank 1 (50 standalone multiple-choice questions, $45)
• Integrated Question Set Bank 1 (five integrated question sets, $45)
• Integrated Question Set Bank 2 (five integrated question sets, $45)
   

A new NextGen UBE Everything Bundle ($250) is also available. The Everything Bundle includes the three new question banks together with all four previously released practice sets—a total of approximately 18 hours of NextGen study aid content.

Items within the new question banks were co-developed through a collaboration between NCBE and AccessLex Institute, a national nonprofit dedicated to making legal education more accessible, affordable, and effective.

The NextGen UBE will be administered by 10 jurisdictions this July: Connecticut, Guam, Idaho, Maryland, Missouri, the Northern Mariana Islands, Oregon, Palau, the US Virgin Islands, and Washington. Forty-eight jurisdictions have announced plans to begin administering the NextGen exam between July 2026 and July 2028.
