The Test Associate supports development and production of secure testing materials including (but not limited to): accurately formatting and proofing documents, practicing impeccable quality control, and collaborating with other staff. A successful candidate for this position is a self-starter who has experience in an office setting, is able to prioritize competing deadlines, and is comfortable handling confidential material. This position requires exceptional computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to manage data sets in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with desktop publishing software. A significant part of the work includes using customized applications related to test production and development.
In addition to working with test materials, the Test Associate provides customer service and must be comfortable answering questions over the phone and through email in a professional manner.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Familiarity with legal principles is a plus.
