 1. When logging in, I type my username and password but keep returning to the login page with no error message. Am I doing something wrong?
This is due to a security setting in Internet Explorer 6+. To fix this, choose Internet Options from the Tools menu. Then click on the Privacy tab and then the Advanced button. Check "Override automatic cookie handling" and select Accept under "Always allow session cookies."

 3. When trying to print, I receive the message "Internet Explorer cannot download stdapp.php from www.ncbex2.org. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The request site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later." How do I print?
This problem is due to a security setting in Internet Explorer. To print our application, you should click on Internet Options from the Tools menu and then choose the Advanced tab. Near the bottom under the security heading there is a setting "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" which must be unchecked.
